Balance vs available balance

Your balance is the total in your account. Your available balance is what you can bet with or withdraw right now. The two differ when money is reserved as exposure on open bets or when a withdrawal is pending.

If two screens show different amounts, note both figures and the time, then check your bet and transaction history before contacting support.

Exposure and unsettled bets

Exposure is the money held against open bets — for example, the liability on an exchange lay bet or the stake on an unsettled session. It returns to your available balance, plus or minus the result, once the market settles.

Lay bets can carry a liability larger than the stake shown, so always check total exposure before you confirm.

Pending, settled and voided
