What we collect
When you request a Mahakal Book ID or contact support, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, WhatsApp or Telegram number, payment references (such as UTR numbers) and the messages you send. This website itself has no sign-up form and does not collect passwords.
How we use it
We use these details to create and manage your Mahakal Book ID, process deposits and withdrawals, answer support requests and prevent fraud.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your account password, UPI PIN, bank PIN, card CVV or one-time passwords (OTPs). Anyone asking for these is not Mahakal Online Book.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal details. Information is shared only where needed to run your ID or process payments, or where required by law.
Messaging apps
Conversations on WhatsApp and Telegram are also subject to those apps’ own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to update your details, close your Mahakal Book ID or delete information we no longer need, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
