1. Acceptance of terms

By using Mahakal Online Book or requesting a Mahakal Book ID, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the platform on which your ID is created.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in online betting where you live. Laws differ between Indian states and other countries; it is your responsibility to check them.

3. Mahakal Book ID

Each person may hold one Mahakal Book ID. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your ID. Tell support immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to verification. Always confirm current payment details with support before sending money.

5. Bets and settlement

Bets are settled under the market rules shown on the platform. Bets placed on incorrect rates caused by an obvious error, or after a market should have been suspended, may be voided.

6. Prohibited activity

Fraud, multiple accounts, use of another person’s payment account, automated betting software and any attempt to manipulate markets are prohibited and may lead to the ID being closed.

7. Responsible gaming

We support responsible play. You can ask us at any time to set limits, pause or close your ID. See the responsible gaming page for details.

8. Limitation of liability

Mahakal Online Book is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses from bets, connection problems or third-party payment delays.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of your Mahakal Book ID after a change means you accept the updated terms.
