Deposit or withdrawal problem? Use this checklist
Most payment queries are solved in minutes when support has the right details. Gather the items below before you message, and keep sensitive credentials private.

Collect these details
Never include passwords, card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs in screenshots.
- Your Mahakal Book ID username.
- Date, time and amount of the payment or withdrawal.
- The 12-digit UTR or transaction reference from your UPI app or bank.
- A screenshot of the payment status, with unrelated personal details hidden.
- Any earlier support reference for the same issue.
If a deposit is not credited
Check that the payment shows as successful in your UPI app or bank statement, then send the UTR to support. Do not send another payment to test the first one — wait until the original reference is checked.
If a withdrawal is pending
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. If it has been longer, send your ID, amount, request time and payout account (in your name) to support and ask for the transaction reference.

“Hi, my Mahakal Book ID is [username]. On [date and time] I [deposited/requested a withdrawal of] ₹[amount]. The UTR/reference is [number] and the status shows [status]. Please check and update me.”
