Start with the official contact page

Open our contact page and compare the WhatsApp number digit by digit with the chat you are using. If you already have a Mahakal Book ID, compare the login address with the link in your original confirmation message.

A website that uses “official” or “Mahakal” in its name, or copies our logo, is not automatically connected to your account.

Warning signs of a fake Mahakal number

  • The number is different from the one on our contact page.
  • You are asked for a UPI PIN, bank password or OTP.
  • You are pressured to pay quickly or to pay a “release fee” before a withdrawal.
  • Payment details change without being confirmed in the chat you already use.
  • The login link differs from the one sent when your ID was created.

Share only what support needs

For a new ID, your name and mobile number are enough to start. For an existing ID, your username and a short description of the problem is usually all that is needed.

Never share a password, UPI PIN, bank PIN or OTP. If something feels wrong, stop and message the number on our contact page to check.
